The Transformers franchise makes less and less sense with each sequel. It's hard to believe that this was the fifth film in the series but surprisingly if you're expecting the same Michael Bay film with a random theme thrown in you'd tolerate the film or enjoy it even. I'm not saying it's a great film though but when the plot gets too convoluted and confusing, it gets hard to digest the film.

If you like transformers or robot dinosaurs or dragons, go ahead and
watch the film. If you don't, you're not really missing much. Age of
extinctions plot still makes more sense and dinobots make everything
better.
