Post Avengers Hype Review
Now that the dust has settled from the Avenger's hype train, let's talk about some of the ins and outs of the film without any spoilers (because let's face it Facebook would've spoiled you by now). But before that though here's one of the quickest reviews I've ever done.
9/10. You will laugh and you will cry but at the end of the day, condensing so many new characters all at once without any context at all would eventually take it's toll.
What's good?
- The fight choreography was great playing into each heroes strengths and abilities- It's like I'm watching Marvel Vs Capcom with how cool the combos were in the fight sequences
- Although a Marvel movie with a more serious tone than we're accustomed to, it would always find ways to tickle you funny bone one way or another
- SO. MANY. REFERENCES.
- You can really show how progressive the characters were when you compare them to their MCU debut up to this point.
- Thanos finally left his chair <3
- And on a more serious note, in this film, we see how Thanos really is one of the main Endgame villains in the MCU between his immeasurable power and portrayal, you won't just fear Thanos but you'd even feel bad for him.
- Adding Spiderman into the MCU added a humanizing factor that prior MCU films was lacking specifically the essence of growing up with Spiderman being the youngest Avenger.
- If the Marvel Phase 3 lineup is right, then this film is the perfect stage for introducing a little somebody with a film coming up later this year.
- Sure with so many heroes added to the Avengers, you'd expect for the actors to be diluted but surprisingly even with a film as stacked as the Avengers, each Avenger was given enough of a role in relation to their relevance in the scheme of things.
- Although you will definitely be confused in the film, looking back at it, the way things turned out make it perfect as a stepping stone for possibly restarting the MCU
- Yay Philippines <3
What's bad?
- Too many new character shoehorned in without much explanation (Children of Thanos)- Character inconsistencies due to previous films (I get Thor's a mighty God but he wasn't always as funny till Ragnarok)
- Hypebeasts from the Philippines spoiling the movie acting like it was a cool thing to do
Anyway that's about it for me right now, just remember it's a film and a really good film at that but at the end of the day, we shouldn't spoil everybody's fun. Except for people that spoil films early on. Spoil their fun hard and have a nice day.
"Thanos finally left his chair" HAHAHA! 😂😂😂
